Frikkie and Jo’s wedding was held at De Kasteel on the East Rand. The house was built in 1888 and has been restored over the last few years and now functions as a wedding and conference venue.
Frikkie and Jo are such a cool couple. This has definitely been a very enjoyable wedding. Things almost were lost because it started puring with rain 10 minutes before the OUTDOOR wedding was due to start. It was a madhouse, the reception area had to be converted to cater for the wedding. They did not believe me when I said that the rainy weather makes for more interesting photos.
Thank you so much Rean Kriel this was the most beautiful day We could have ever asked for because we had God’s confetti pouring down on us and that means we will be blessed through tick & thin thank you for giving us these wonderful memories it was so amazing and everyone at De Kasteel were so helpfull and everything was made to be out fairytale wedding - thank you De Kasteel you are the best venue ever
