John and Myra’s wedding was held at Klipdraai in Meyerton, close to Vereeniging. The venue has an amazing garden, lush trees, lovely garden benches … all wonderful stuff. However, I ended up dragging the poor newlyweds through some pretty rough terrain to do something different.

Jan and Abrie are super stylish, and it was great to capture that on film (in a manner of speaking, I shoot digital of course). Their outdoor wedding took place at FNB Training and Learning Centre in Sandown, and the April weather was absolutely brilliant. Hope you enjoy these pics.

Dror Eyal is very well known in wedding photography circles. I had the opportunity to shoot with him. He’s great guy and a great photographer, I learnt tons of stuff from him.

Love this one. It was also taken at Harrisons. The main wedding photographer was capturing the proceedings when I saw the little girl. I didn’t think, just aimed and pressed the shutter release. To this day I wonder what on earth she was in thought about.

I had to think back about this one. If my memory serves me correctly I took this as a second shooter at Harrisons in Rivonia.
